My credit card/paypal account was billed for eBook purchase, but I never received an e-mail with my download link.

Try signing on to the website and clicking on the My Account link (in the navigation pane on the right-hand side). There should be a link that says "Click here to view your file downloads". If there is no file download available, check to see if their was some other problem with your order by clicking on the "Click here to view your order history" link. I have entered all my credit card information, but my transaction isn't getting processed.

For your protection, the Trizm Puzzle Company, LLC uses the authorize.net gateway to process credit card transactions. Authorize.net uses an address verification system as well as the CVV anti-fraud security measure. If I pay by credit card, are you storing my credit card number?

All credit card information is stored encrypted except for the last 4 digits. Credit card payments are processed through the authorize.net payment gateway, and no one at the Trizm Puzzle Company will ever see your credit card number.

Why do you need my zipcode if I'm downloading a file?

Zip Code is required in order to determine whether or not sales tax needs to be collected for the transaction. The Trizm Puzzle Company, LLC is a Florida corporation and is required to collect sales tax for in-state sales.

I don't want to give my financial information to the Trizm Puzzle Company - why should I trust you?

If you choose the PayPal option, The Trizm Puzzle Company website never even sees your credit card or PayPal information. The only information we store is what you enter on the order screen. The only required fields are First and Last Name, e-mail address, country and zip code. This is the bare minimum of information needed to successfully process your order.

If you don't even want us to see that information, you can choose the paypal option and then may by credit card through paypal. Using this option, you don't have to enter any information into the billing address on the order screen.

I don't have a paypal account or a Credit Card, how can I buy anything from the online store?

Through the PayPal option you do not need to have a PayPal account - you can pay with any major credit card or with your checking account via eCheck.
