I had created the original version of the eBook using the same PDF settings required by the printer for printing the physical books, which created a rather bloated 28MB pdf file. It has been replaced with a slimmed down 2MB that contains the same content, just in a more bandwidth-friendly format! If you tried to download the bloated file before and gave up, please try again with the "slimmed down" version:
